What devices does PhonoFlow run on?

PhonoFlow is an Android tablet app. iOS support is planned for a future release. No web browser required — everything runs on-device for maximum privacy.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — teachers can get started free during our early access period. Reach out via the contact page and we'll set you up.

How is student privacy protected?

Students are identified by initials only. All assessment data is stored locally on the classroom device — nothing is sent to a cloud server or third party. FERPA and COPPA compliant by design.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. School and district contracts are annual — contact us for terms.

What's the onboarding process?

For individual teachers, setup takes under 10 minutes. School and district plans include a dedicated onboarding session with our team.

Does it work offline?

Assessment scoring and progress tracking work fully offline. The camera OCR feature requires a brief internet connection. Audio transcription requires connectivity to our secure server.
